Whilst we hope you love your purchase, we know that in some occasions you may wish to return items. We aim to make this process as simple as possible and are happy to help in any way we can.
If you have changed your mind you have 14 days from receipt of goods to return your items. In the case of non-faulty goods we will reimburse you for the cost of the items only, the delivery costs must be paid by you. We are only able to refund items that are returned with proof of purchase, unused, in a saleable condition and in it’s original packaging. Please note we cannot refund mattresses if the bag has been opened or damaged. Please ensure goods are packaged appropriately so they do not get damaged during transit and delivery.
If a product has been returned to us and does not comply with the above requirements we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or refund a percentage of the full amount.
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months. If an item is faulty please contact the Moba office and we will assess the problem, and subject to fault, either issue a new item/part or refund a percentage of the cost. Please note the guarantee only covers the products for their correct use. It does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.
